It’s always great to contribute to conversations about how people can train smarter, not just harder. A while back, I had the chance to share some thoughts in a Livestrong article titled “5 Ways to Shorten Your Workouts and Get Better Results” and the message still holds true. You can read the full article here but in short, it focuses on how to make the most of your training time by being strategic. From using compound movements, managing rest periods, and dialing in on intent and effort, small changes can lead to big gains without spending hours in the gym.
