Late Cancellations
To respect the time of our coaches and fellow members, AIM Athletic enforces the following late cancellation policies. Failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in a forfeited session or an applicable fee, as outlined below.
Personal Training/ Active Rehabilitation/ Team Training Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If proper notice is not provided, the session will be forfeited. If you do not have any sessions remaining on your account, the drop-in rate for the missed session will be charged. Cancellations can be made through your online PushPress account or by emailing info@aimathletic.com.
Small Group Training
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the loss of the session. If there are no sessions available on your account to deduct from, the drop-in rate will be applied. Small group training sessions may be rescheduled up to 4 hour prior to a session start for the same day only. Emergencies cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis, however AIM Athletic reserves the right impose a late cancellation in any situation.

Memberships (Unlimited Small Group Training)
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before your scheduled session. Missed sessions without proper notice will result in a $25 late cancellation fee, which will be charged directly to the card on file. Cancellations can be processed through your online account or by emailing info@aimathletic.com.
Membership Cancellations and Changes
All membership cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing via email to info@aimathletic.com. We require a minimum of 15 days' notice prior to your next billing date in order to process any cancellations, holds, or adjustments.
Cancellations requested after this window may result in one final billing cycle before the membership is deactivated.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on active memberships. If you’re adjusting your membership due to injury, illness, or other special circumstances, please contact us directly — we’re happy to discuss flexible options on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Freezes for Recurring Plans
Members with recurring plans are allowed to freeze their membership up to 4 times per calendar year for a maximum of 30 days per freeze. Requests to freeze your membership must be made prior to the start of your leave and sent via email to info@aimathletic.com. No exceptions will be made for requests after the leave has commenced.
All freeze requests must include both a start and end date for the freeze period. We recommend submitting your request well in advance to ensure your freeze is processed without delay.
At AIM Athletic, we strive to provide the best possible service to all of our members. Please note that refunds will not be issued for partially used or unused sessions under any circumstances.
